Chapter 476

Luna White finally settled on a pair of understated platinum rings. The bands bore only a few minimalist flowing lines, devoid of any excessive ornamentation. Her fingers traced the inner circle of the ring as an unconscious smile curved her lips.

"These are perfect." She slid the men's ring onto Andrew Smith's slender ring finger.

Andrew fidgeted with the unfamiliar metal band. Years of military training had left his hands unaccustomed to such adornments, and he kept wanting to touch it. "This might interfere with drills—"

Before he could finish, Luna rose on her toes to brush her lips against his. "I've got a solution."

She turned and selected a delicate silver chain that shimmered softly under the store lights. With practiced ease, she threaded the ring onto the chain and looped it around Andrew's neck.

"Now it won't get in your way." Her fingertips fastened the clasp, letting the ring rest precisely over his heart. "I asked Vivian to engrave our initials inside."

Andrew looked down at the pendant, the usual sternness in his features melting away. He took Luna's hand and saw the letters "AZY" etched inside her ring.

"Bro! Sis!" Vivian Ye suddenly bounded out from behind the counter, her eyes sparkling. "This idea is genius!"

She seized Luna's hand. "Sis, can we license this design for the store? I'll get the patent processed for you!"

Andrew immediately pulled Luna behind him. "Not a chance."

"Please!" Vivian stomped her foot in frustration. "This is so romantic! A lover's name engraved on a ring worn close to the heart—it'll be a bestseller for sure!"

The cashier suddenly intercepted Andrew as he moved to pay. "The manager's instructions—your purchases today are complimentary."

Meeting Vivian's hopeful gaze, Luna chuckled and nodded. "Alright, you have my permission."

"Long live Sis!" Vivian whooped, lunging forward only to be deftly blocked by Andrew.

"Royalties will be paid in full," Andrew stated coolly, though his fingers tightened around Luna's. The engraved ring pulsed against his skin, perfectly synced with his heartbeat.
